Sugar 'n Spice - Newport Beach

I visited several times. Ice-cream is yummy and looks healthier than normal one.

Hands down best Balboa Bar on the island. Better quality ice cream and chocolate than the Dads ice Cream Bar.

We enjoyed some amazing treats. This restaurant has great staff. When we lost something they took the time to contact us. They also have dairy free and dark chocolate.

A must visit when I am on the island I absolutely love the chocolate dipped banana with sprinkles

I forgot how good a Balboa bar was. We all tried something different, I really liked mine, vanilla ice cream, chocolate dip with an Oreo half dip. Back again today and again so so good. Good thing I don't live close by or I would be eating here too often
