Pizza Hut - Newport Beach

I entered the store and there were 3 employees working, however it took more than 5 minutes for anybody to recognize me. Once someone recognized he proceeded to take a phone order and figure out something on the computer. I have worked in customerservice and the customer in front of you should always be your priority. I always order from Pizza Hut and this is the firsttime I have picked up from this location, and it will definitely be the last time.

When I arrived at the store, I tried my best to keep my composure, knowing that the employees were just following their instructions. I gave them my name and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had taken it upon themselves to make two fresh pizzas since the originals were no longer fresh. Their commitment to providing a quality product completely turned my frustration into appreciation. I'm not sure if this is a company policy or just the result of a dedicated team at this location, but either way, they managed to transform my initial anger into gratitude. Great job, and happy holidays to the staff! P.S. I’m giving the website three stars—definitely room for improvement there!

The stuffed crust is fantastic, and I appreciate the light or minimal sauce – it's just perfect! The Alfredo chicken pizza has a delightful flair.

I have always received friendly service at this location, whether I'm picking up my order or having it delivered. The pizza is consistently prepared exactly how I request it and tastes amazing!

I'm not sure if this is standard business practice or if this location just has great staff, but either way, they've won me over.
