Bidrage med feedbackHorrible service the store was dirty stepped on French fries all over the floor and there's spring some type of cleaner on the counter next to the ice well with the door open. Doesn't seem too sanitary to me. Manager argues if he thinks you got your orderwrong. Management is never called back from my request. I'll never go to the store again probably never to del Taco.
Ordered two fish tacos and a red burrito bold style. They forgot to make the burrito bold, which I guess happens sometimes. People make mistakes. BUT, they didn't even out red sauce on the burrito. Just beans and cheese only. How do you forget the redsauce????? This has to be because the person intentionally didn't put it on. Just there on the beans and cheese, then decidednot to finish. I will be returning if this is how people work here.
I frequently visit this Del Taco location. The restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. Their Del Taco is always a reliable choice when I'm unsure of what to order.
The woman who appeared to be the manager working around 7:30 PM on October 20, 2022, was incredibly rude. She was wearing a headset and barking orders, and it seemed like she had a real disregard for the customers. She would shout at them and then completely ignore their responses. At times, she would ask questions, but when customers answered, she would yell that she couldn't hear them and then just walk away, leaving them to talk to themselves instead of trying to clarify their requests. Initially, I thought she was just being rude to one person, but I soon witnessed her treat multiple customers the same way. If I were the owner, I would consider sending in a mystery shopper to see firsthand how poorly she is treating customers. It would be quite shocking to witness.
This has been by far the rudest Del Taco experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be going back to this location. When I asked for a few extra hot sauces at the drive-thru, I was met with attitude. Their loss, as I’ll simply avoid this franchise in the future. I suspect they didn’t provide me with a receipt because of their rudeness, but that’s alright—I can verify my visit through my bank records.
