Pizza Hut - Newport

They did not make our pizza as ordered.It wasn’t cooked completely. And while waiting for our dinner a customer came back to return her pizza because she ordered a cheese pizza and got a pepperoni pizza instead.We will not return to this Pizza Hut.

I recommend the BBQ pizza and add mushrooms on flat and crispy crust.Parking: Open large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Welcoming atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Its ground level, no stairs.

Pizza's are perfect. Soft but not greasy. Lots of flavor.

Not the experience we hoped for. The young lady at the register was helping in the kitchen, checking out customers and doing her best to get the food to the customers. Nobody was working to clear tables and most of them were piled with dishes and pizza boxes. I think pizza hut needs to work on employee retention and give them a reason to want to show up. Credit to the young lady at the counter and the kitchen staff as my pizza was very good.

What has happened?!!! Food really isn’t good anymore. Very disappointing
