Mcdonald's - Newport

Spent more time in the drive through behind 2 cars than at the DMV. maybe it's not always like this but not a good first impression. Just left did not order, didn't feel like waiting anymore.

You know as always when you want a hot juicy burger you go to McDonald's, and thankfully that was the case here. Everything was hot and made as ordered. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: World Famous Fries, Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, Mcchicken, Cheeseburger, Mcmuffin

Ordered a burger and a vanilla shake with out whip cream. Burger was good. Vanilla shake came with whip cream. Sent it back and then they gave me a chocolate shake. At this point I just gave up. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Never really had a good experience at this location, sadly something is always made wrong or not working or completely forgotten, and a lot of the people obviously don't want to be there. Prices don't match the quality of the food and service. It's not even fast food anymore. Even when there's no one else in line, the wait time seems unreasonable. And there is never enough staff during rush hour, so you're waiting 30 minutes to an hour for something that was suppose to be quick and easy. I've worked at a McDonald's before so I know how they operate. I can't believe this place has stayed open for so long Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
