Jonathan's Café (Ocean Coffee Roasters)

I enjoyed an excellent meal at Oyster Club in early November 2017 during Mystic's restaurant week.

I hate to write this, but I thought it was best to share our experience at the oyster club.

I couldn't help but notice how chilly it was beginning to get on leaving Nantucket first thing in the morning. The First stop involved coffee and our immediate choice was Jonathan's Café, a small place that overlooks Eisenhower Park. Neither of us was all that hungry so a beautiful ginger snap cookie provided a spicy bite to the double espresso and rather fluffy macchiato we ordered.-lined streets of the town may not have been a riot of colours but the air temperature was indication enough that the fall season was progressing. The main reason we were doing this road trip was to see New England at its best in a full blaze of autumnal colour, and we were quietly hoping that the rest of America didn't have the same plan. It needs cleaning. Then they need to rebuild the menu so that the of items that are scrubbed out are replaced. They they need to carry more of the of items that are still listed so when you order, they have it available. Then the server needs to wear a clean uniform and you'd have somewhere half acceptable. As it is... Avoid!
