Georgie's - Newport

If you visit Newport, please do not forget to check this restaurant. I will visit this restaurant every time I go to Newport, in fact I am at the hotel. Your pasta is so great for lunch so you know!!! Please check it was great!! I like her vegan salad for no reason. Dessert are kind of sweet thio, it would be too much for a person I believe.

I would give this place a simple 5 stars, but only because of one got a price and calculated another price for a product that I gave him 4 stars a very nice restaurant. We tried different dishes and food was fresh, great service and very friendly staff -1 star, because we came during the noon and wanted to order an item that we saw online, but was not in the menu, we asked our server if they offered the product, he said yes, it was actually from our dinner menu, we asked how much he said $37 then I saw it again $45 in the receipt. Definitely will be back when we are in Newport next time

This restaurant is even more beautiful than it appears on the photos you see online. We have a reservation for the day, we sit immediately and our server was super nice. Our whole food was delicious and we also loved the drinks, taste the Margarita cocktail!

The food was wonderful. We have the Calamari that was perfectly cooked with a spicy Aioli sauce. I got the herbal crust hoolibut with Alfredo sauce and my husband got the flame boiled Halibut with Mango Salsa both well. The only withdrawal was that we came too late and the poor waitress was hammered as a closing server. I felt as often as the manager of him could help. Otherwise it was a good experience.

We were looking for a place to eat after a trip to the Oregon Aquarium and a local couple recommended Georgies. We arrived around 2 pm thinking much of the lunch crowd had dissipated by then only to find a sign out front that they were at capacity. I went inside to see about the wait for a table and the host said he could find one right away. We had to wait a bit as they were very busy but the food was worth the wait. I had the crab and shrimp Louie. The seafood was fresh and the dressing outstanding. My table mate said it was the best tuna fish sandwich she had ever had. My husband’s coconut shrimp was delicious. And the view is outstanding. This is a place we will definitely return to.
