Harvester Borderer - Newport

The service at this restaurant was excellent! The waitress, Kath, was fantastic - very friendly and helpful.

The chicken bacon and waffle dish was quite disappointing, mainly due to the waffle. However, the cod and chips were good.

I can't find any faults with the service or the food we received at our table of five. The only thing worth mentioning is that the salad cart was running low on most items and had empty bowls.

Our server was new so did make a few minor mistakes with our order but she was very nice and apologetic and did rectify these mistakes quickly so we were happy with the service she provided. Our food was tasty, hot and nicely presented. We didn’t book until an hour before we wanted to dine we enjoyed the food and the service provided and will eat here again

Arrived and greeted as soon as we walked in ,took us straight to our table, asked about what drinks we would like. They arrived quickly and asked did we need more time to order , The waitress that looked after us was excellent. Throughout our visit.
