Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Great food. Was packed last night. Service was slow.

Food was hot. Seasoned well. And got the correct order. Just wish more fries in the to go box.

Never been, it was after work and my post surgery foot was killing me. They didn’t have a drive in, but I saw parking spots that said “ Don’t leave your car, we’ll bring it to you “. So I looked up the menu and called the number on the sign. Maybe I got a new person because I was told I had to come in to get the food and pay. When I hobbled out there were people sitting in their car. Food: Sweet potato fries were very disappointing, dried out and cold and I tried them as soon as I got in the car. Burger was greasy and kind of tasteless, the bacon on it was good. For these prices … no I would NOT recommend

After waiting at the table for over 15 minutes for service, my guests and I left. I purchase food at another restaurant. Red Robin was too short staff.

Great food and exceptional service. Shantae was great.
