Kibo Sushi House Upper Canada Mall

This restaurant is a little gem in the mall! I love going for their sushi lunch combos which are a great deal. The food is always made fairly quickly and the staff are quick to check on you for water top ups, etc. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian and they have some really delicious vegetarian options included in the combos!Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to dairy and never have trouble finding something to eat here.

I was in the restaurant and the food was great. I also ordered through skip the dishes and ,again , the food was great. This time I wanted to order directly through website and the food was horrible. Some dishes I had in restaurant looked totally different and in not a good way. Disappointed, will look for more honest sushi place in the area.

Got the beef udon with a dynamite roll.The salad was good (romaine lettuce, not iceberg) with a variety of vegetables a lot of zesty dressing.Dynamite roll was decent, though plated nicely.Udon had carrot, onion, cabbage, a lot of beef, tempura bits, fish cake, seaweed, sweet beancurd asparagus. It was pretty tasty huge.

This is a regular go to for me and my partner! We love the food here, service is great and the staff are polite and professional. The sushi here is my favourite in all of Newmarket, and I've been to at least 9 other places I can think of off the top of my head. Simply the best!Our only complaint, especially since I don't finish work until 7 or 8pm, is that we can only ever visit on weekends because they close in the middle of what we consider as prime dinner hours (5–8). The mall itself is open until 8pm during the week.No idea where or who to suggest this to, but I wonder if it's possible to cordon off the Food Market from the rest of the mall after a certain time, if necessary, to better accommodate these restaurants. Kibo, and I'm sure the rest of the businesses in the market, would profit a lot more if they were able to extend their hours.

This is the daily special.Dynamite Roll (10 pcs) and Salmon Sushi (3 pcs) with Soup Salad.Presentation is nice and not too heavy for a later lunch.
