Biggie Burgers - Newmarket

Small restaurant with very limited seating located in a small strip mall with abundant parking. Our chicken finger combo was awful. The chicken fingers were so over-fried they were served black in colour on the outside. Inside meat as a result was completely dry. Home burger combo's hamburger was also very over-cooked. Fries on both orders were also over-fried and dried out. Didn't end up eating either meal. Kitchen staff seemed to be overly busy preparing a big take out/pickup order that maybe was the reason inattentiveness was placed on our orders. Didn't bring this dissatisfaction to counter staff because by this time restaurant was overflowing with students from near by school and would have taken far too much time to get back to the counter.

The fries are good and so are the burgers. I have been going for many years but preferred the original owner.I don't go very often anymore because the current owner bombards me with uncomfortable questions about my health and wheelchair. He makes me feel terrible by asking why I'm not getting better, suggesting I'm doing something wrong. I explain every time that I have a permanent degenerative disease. He often comments on my wieght as well. Saying I need to loose some wieght. I didn't go for a year because he insisted I take a free greasy greek salad in order to loose wieght. I have salad at home but I don't have access to a barbecue. I go there to have the rare treat of a grilled burger not a bad and insulting therapy session. He is trying to be friendly but he makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Enjoyed the homestyle burgers.....nice service....have been back many times. Good service.....can be busy for lunch

There's nothing special here at all. Factory made burgers are cooked and served like a factory.Popular for lunch with the nearby high school so it's best to avoid it during those times anyway.I really can't find any reason to go back here. The best I can say is that the food is edible.

We were happy to see that Biggie burger delivers. Ordered 3 burgers, a chicken wrap and fries and onions rings. Had to struggle to finish most of the meal. Burgers were real homestyle burgers and so delicious. Awesome price point too.
