Few pieces of beard hair found in the food. Staff did not deal with it properly and were very rude, honestly traumatised by this experience and wanted to give other customers a heads up.

Me and my boyfriend always come to this Nandos, we always get the best service here and we come multiple times a week. Ahmed, one of the managers, is always smiling and charismatic and we always have a great experience from him and his staff. Everything is prompt, efficient and clean. Also they have the best food here, always fast and great quality.

Food came really quick, very delicious. However, when ordered dessert, it came 30 minutes later, which I don’t understand why it take so long to put a piece of brownie and a bowl of ice cream on a plate
