Bidrage med feedbackThe food was really delicious!!! Only complaint is that there was a bit of a wait and it took awhile for our food to come out. Considering how small the location is, didn't seem reasonable for how long we had to wait. But again the food was delicious! So overall forth the wait.
Met here with friends for a beer and food. Great atmosphere and employees were super helpful. I think dollar for dollar, this is a great place to hang.
Good food a little pricey and it was hard to get a table. The samples they brought us were great and helped us get to know their food. Would definitely try again.
Hold the phone, people of Santa Clarita! Four and a half stars?! Really?! Comon' that's one and a half too many. You guys must not get a lot of bbq up there. (I live in Northridge. Anyway, I've eaten here twice and the sides are great! The wine list is extensive! The brisket ain't bad. BUT...the chicken all slathered with bbq sauce is a waste of a chicken. This ain't SMOKE, it's drenched. If SMOKE is in the title then you gotta smoke the chicken not drench it. And if you do drench it how about some good bbq sauce? That tomatoey thing that was sauce is sauce but it's not good sauce. Hate to pop some bubbles but go have some other bbq then tell me what you think. In other words, get out of Santa Clarita and taste some real Q then let me know. I'm sure your reviews will be different then. SMH! 10/12/18 All bbq places have a specialty. They all do one or two meats right. First time I had the chicken, and the brisket. This time I had the baby back ribs, dry. Wasn't crazy about the brisket last time. And the chicken had too much sauce on it. This time the ribs just didn't have that flavor pop. And they were dry. Really disappointed since the owner commented during my last review that getting the meat dry was an option. It sounded like that would make it better. It didn't. So far they don't do brisket, chicken or baby backs right. However, as before, the sides are off the chain! Coles slaw, beans, oh my goodness! Great sides. I'm a glutton for punishment so I am going back there ONE more time. I'll have the spareribs next time. Hopefully that's the meat they do right. Hopefully.
Went here quite some time ago but was impressed with the seriousness they put into their Barbecue, they are not grillers they are pitmasters which is a big difference. The bar was busy for sure and it is one of many Culver City gentrification hipster hot spots, where millennials want to eat BBQ but not drop sauce on their expensive torn jeans. White bread need not apply this ain't your regular BBQ joints like Leo's of old or Philips and Woodys this is an expensive night out on the town Bar B Que, Bludso's in Hollywood can give them some competition in taste and resturant decour
