Artisan Restaurant at Four Columns

This restaurant in Southern Vermont is likely the best in the area. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, worthy of being in a magazine. We celebrated a birthday with a group of 11 friends and everyone loved their meals—the lamb, duck, beef, pasta, and appetizers were all fantastic. The evening ended with a custom-made dessert that was a delight for both the eyes and taste buds. Everything was served in a beautifully decorated room. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is great ! Very comfortable guest rooms . Nice bathrooms. Food at the bar was great . Also I ended up getting a 60 minute massage from Jesse . It was the best massage ever . Especially the lower torso and back stretches. This place is great all around . I would highly recommend!

Such a wonderful place to rest and renew. First time staying over night water off for winter in cabin up the road), staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great as always. Special thanks to Bob. Only regret is Asher has moved on he really had the ability to make you feel at home. No sightings of new inn keeper. Hope they can step up a littel.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the night and had a wonderful time. The staff was great, the girl who checked us in was super friendly and walked us over to our room giving recommendations on things to do in the area. The servers for both dinner and breakfast were very attentive and pleasant. Our room was beautiful and modern with a gas fireplace in front of the bed and a large jetted-tub in the bathroom, with local soaps which I loved. We will definitely be back!
