Pinna Restaurant - NEWCASTLE WEST

We tried pinna for the sole reason they served stone grill meals. We've tried many others (as we love eating stone grill meals) which were good but pinna' was awesome! Loved that you can buy cuts of meat by the 100grams so we were able to choose a few different types of meat without being stuck with just one like other restaurants serve. Loved the different little sides you get with each meat also. Pinna was a new stone grill dining experience for us and we loved it will be back for sure!

Had a few couples join us there to indulge in the rump and rib special. Great concept, great service. The (steak) cut was just a rump as the name suggests but we thoroughly enjoyed. Recommended.

Great coffee to start Bacon and poached eggs were OK Serving size was average certainly not generous.

The atmosphere was aromatic. The service and quality of the meal was good. The service was prompt and informative. The prices were acceptable.

Located in the Central Plaza Hotel, the Pinna has very good 'Hot Rock Steaks' Good food and service with a friendly smile.
