Pizza Pizza - Newcastle upon Tyne

Aww man, this was a tough one. I honestly think I got them on a bad day. The table next to us was not cleaned down and we were placed next to it. The voucher we had could not be used because my partner and myself were on the same table. If we say separately it would have worked out. We got pizzas and they brought out pasta instead of what I ordered. To fix this they didn't charge me for my food. When mine arrived the pizza was bigger than the plate. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were really friendly and lovely. They made sure we were happy and this was appreciated. I would go back. The food was amazing and the staff tried.

I've ordered online from Pizza Express twice. Both times food was delivered well over an hour late and nowhere near the quality you'd get eating inside the restaurant.

In Spain, there is a law that requires olive oil to be served in its original bottle, similar to how spirits are served here. However, the olive oil served at this restaurant was terrible. The pizza, while bland and Americanized, was decent, especially with anchovies. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Pizza was like cardboard when it arrived . Freezing with barely any cheese on. Expected a lot better but dissapointed overall. Won’t be returning

Pizzas took forever to arive, stone cold, barely any toppings. Outrageously overpriced! Edit: Thanks for the corporate response, I'd rather just have my money back.
