New Best Kebabs - Newcastle upon Tyne

This is our second time ordering from this restaurant, and the first time was great. Unfortunately, this time we ordered the same food because it was so good last time. However, the garlic bread was badly burnt, as well as some of the meat. The cheesy chips were okay, a bit soggy but decent in comparison. When we called to discuss the burnt food, the man on the phone refused to make any changes because I had moved a slice of garlic bread for a photo. After a heated discussion, he agreed to exchange the bread only, but it would take half an hour. This type of service is unacceptable and the patronizing and victimizing behavior is intolerable. I will not be ordering from them again and I hope they improve their service.

I'm writing this now just after i've received my meal because it was not good. this is called best kebabs and it is on westgate rd in Newcastle. if you cant get a good kebab here you wont get one anywhere. Just wanted a donner kebab ,haven't had one for 10 yrs. waited 1 hr for delivery. donor meat hard, salad poor red cabbage pickled not fresh. Had to ask by ringing to get chilli sauce as well as garlic as this was not allowed on just eat. got curry and chips also. hardly any curry. I rang the restaurant and I told them nicely why I wasn't happy, on both occasions they hung up on me. Really!!! won't be going there again. What is wrong with these people.

I live just round the corner and this is my favourite kebab shop ever staff are lovely food is even better, stuffed crust is to die for and I would never go to another takeaway (UNREAL)

Disgusting, burnt , and customer service is disgusting, rang and told us it wasn’t burnt and too put the phone down , wow ,never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been collecting takeaways from this restaurant for several years. I always have Chicken Kebab with salad (well done) and it’s always LOVELY! Thank you See you soon (The Chinese Brother’s Wife)
