Wayback Burgers - Newcastle

This place is amazing, I have driven the hour to go here just to buy food and drive back. This place has the best burgers in wyoming. In my opinion, this will be my go-to place if I am driving to South Dakota. The food is really fresh, I have been here 3 times and never had any issues.

The fries and tater tots were great!!! The service was great!!! The burgers were ok, to myself, my hubs got really bad indigestion and did not care for the them. Cleanliness is a MAJOR issue!!! The longer I sat there, looking around the more my skin crawled!!! I unfortunately had to use the restroom before we left and I had to hover!!! Table and chair tops were nice and clean BUT floors, walls, table/chair legs, drink station, napkin holder, saltshaker and lord knows what else had not been properly cleaned in a LONG time!!! I see this an ongoing issue and concern to whoever responds to these, yet, it look's like nothing is being done, maybe a Health Inspector can help ya?

Amazing burgers and milk shakes they get your food out to in decent time considering how small of a kitchen there is. Some of the staff isn't the nicest and it's not the most clean in the dinning area but there food is wonderful.

Horrible customer service, the place is not clean and the person that was supposedly the manager was to worried about talking on the phone then helping consumers or his staff. Place has really gone down hill from a year ago. 20 minutes to get a burger and the place was empty.

I took my son into this place on 10/14/23 for some food and these guys were super short handed. There was 3 of them working with massive amount of people waiting. I was super impressed by how diligently they worked through the rush and kept their composure. Keep working hard guys!! Good to see people who work hard and remain super respectful to everyone! ?
