Ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba.>boba texture was slightly too hard>the drink had a good tea taste to it and sugar (70% was just right.>cup design is quite nice>staff kindly made the drink using the milk I requested and even asked me for the amount I would like.Fairly good, would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting DIY Tea Lab and I loved it, thanks in part to a member of their friendly staff, a blonde boba barista who made my experience all the more enjoyable.The atmosphere in the boba place was inviting and cozy, with comfortable seating and pleasant background music. It provided a nice setting for relaxation.The boba drinks were the real highlight. Their menu offered a variety of flavors and options to suit different tastes. I tried their signature Brown Sugar Ruby Milk Tea, and it was a delightful treat. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, and the tea was well-made. It was a delicious experience.What made my visit even better was the presence of the blonde girl working behind the counter. She was friendly and eager to help. She took the time to explain the menu, provided recommendations, and patiently answered my questions. Her dedication to making the perfect boba drink was evident in the quality of what I received.Moreover, her attention to detail and professionalism were commendable. Watching her prepare the boba with care and precision was impressive. I have been a regular and prefer to place my order online, but since the two new girls started working at this location, I hate placing my order here. They would not read the online orders and only start making the waffles when I arrived, although I placed the order 30mins ahead . This happened twice. The best part was, these goons were not even sorry about it and didn 't even tell me that they had JUST started making the food when I showed up asking for my order. I had to confront them and they explained that it takes 5 mins to pre-warm the waffle maker.. when they completely forgot about my online order. If it 's not because my daughter likes her boba waffles after school, I would NOT go this location after my recent experience. ? please look for different staff for this location, because these girls can 't and does not want to work!! Poor service.
