Dunkin' - Newburyport

It was a terrible experience. I ordered a turtle iced latte, but they didn't include any espresso or chocolate—just milk and butter pecan syrup.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. My order for a hot macchiato is consistently wrong and always served cold. I keep hoping it will be right someday, but it never is. The servers seem unhappy and just extend their hands out the drive-thru window for your cash or card without uttering a word. The employees appear disheveled and unkempt (I know that's not a nice thing to say), with hair everywhere, long nails that visibly show signs of nicotine, and dirt underneath them while they handle my cup without gloves. There are no greetings or polite remarks like "thank you" or "have a nice day." They just hand over your coffee or food and close the window. It's frustrating!

Unfortunately have gotten expired cream cheese twice this week. Check the dates before you consume anything from here please.

If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes in a place with three employees who are busy chatting the entire time, only to have your order messed up, then this is the perfect spot for you!
