Ranch Hand Bbq - Newbury Park

Controversy here, ranch handburger are better than in-n-out. I said what I said. there is no other place in the conejo valley that is larger.

I am not one who complain in the rule about companies in this post pandemic but their customer service is terrible. First, they are now charged 15%.

The staff at this restaurant were fantastic, but the rude cook must be replaced. When we ordered brisket, my husband asked for it to be cooked more thoroughly. However, the cook insisted that it was supposed to be pink and complained throughout the process. Even the waiter apologized for the cook's behavior. Word of mouth is important in the restaurant industry, and unfortunately, the experience with the cook left a bad impression. In the end, it's the employees that make or break a dining experience.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the tri-tip! The service is also excellent. If you're looking for top-notch BBQ for a quick lunch, this is the place to go. They also offer take-out and catering options for your friends. Overall rating for the food is 5/5.
