Parkview Cafe - Newbury Park

The food was exceptionally fresh, almost alive. The concern that goes to the food and the concern that goes through the door was wonderful. They had a lot to do and few to do it this day, but if there are, they were particularly attentive. I had a salad with hummus replacing the dressing, and they even added some oil and lemon so it was like a dressing, it was wonderful. My mother, who is very hard to impress, loved her meal! I recommend this little café!
