Pizza King - Newburgh

Local pizzeria with unique, high-quality pizza and excellent Strombolis! EAT HERE. Now. Food at Pizza King is a highlight of every home trip to Evansville. I've never found any other place. I ate embarrassing amounts of this pizza in a single session. Your Strombolis (for those who are not from the area, we have 'unpassed the term Evansville Stroms are not a real Stromboli, but a delicious sub such as sandwich with sausage, onions, tomato sauce and mozzarella are fantastic. There is another great location on St. Joseph and Franklin (West side of Evansville, where I grew up, but I usually stay closer to the Newburgh shop when I visit. The staff in Newburgh is great and they recognize me even if I do it only once or twice a year.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Tri-State area! I highly recommend the regular Stromboli (served hot)! They also offer great pizza and a variety of dishes. It’s perfect for a quick, satisfying lunch with the family. We love to order from here for our family gatherings at home.

I hadn't had Pizza King Strombolis in nearly 10 years, and it brought back so many great memories. The portions are generous, and I absolutely loved the sandwich!

I've been dining here for at least 25 years and have seldom had any complaints. The pizza is delicious, the hot ham and cheese is fantastic, and their Strombolis have always been excellent! A big thanks to the PK team!
