Lic's Deli Ice Cream - Newburgh

Good ice place. We arrived 10 minutes before the end of July 4th. The cashier Hannah was very polite and helpful and pointed us to aromas and very accommodating for our family. But there was an Asian lady behind the counter that I serve cream with a very rude attitude. If it wasn't for her attitude, this place would get five stars.

We went there on a Saturday night at 9:20. The girl who works on the front counter asked us if it was here or going, and then at 9:25 told us that we had to go because the lobby was closed. Then at 9:35, while we were sitting in the car and eating our ice cream, about 10 more people showed up, and they were rejected by Din in the service. If they have the lobby in a specific ANNEX It must be published2. Do not ask if they want to dive or run at this time!

I normally love going to Lic 's but tonight was different. I brought my family in at 9pm and immediately a tall young man told us the dining room closes at 9:30pm. He was not friendly about the statement and then at 9:20pm he announced to a dining room full of people, the dining room closes in ten minutes. He was less than friendly, again and it was apparent the other patrons were not amused by his attitude. The ice cream was great but this guy needs a lesson in customer service. He could have told everyone this in a nicer way.

The ice cream was amazing, and the worker named Paige was very nice and kind! Great smile. Other worker Dawn was great too
