Bidrage med feedbackWhile it's great that the space has been recently expanded and updated, it's disappointing that they didn't create a full-scale restaurant like other Dysarts locations. They do offer pizza and sandwiches, and there’s a Dunkin' Donuts attached, but there’s no waitress service or the complete Dysarts menu—and no pies either! There's a fairly large convenience store with a good selection of liquor. Just keep in mind, this is a truck stop, not a typical Dysarts restaurant, despite its size.
Let’s be honest, this place is a guilty pleasure—*these carbs don’t count, it’s the weekend* kind of spot. Now, moving on to the pizza, which is simply incredible. I don’t care what toppings you choose—bacon, beef, cheese, or even the contentious pineapple—it’s all just fantastic. The barbecue sandwiches are also delicious. Plus, for a gas station, they offer an impressive selection of wines, including some from local producers! And let’s not forget about their amazing variety of fresh vegetables, and the chicken salad? It’s absolutely to die for.
I've ordered pizza from this place several times, and each time, I found the crust to be excessively thick, while the center was paper thin. The dough was never fully cooked; it was just raw in the middle of the crust. I stopped ordering takeout from them because of this issue. After waiting about six months, I decided to give it another try, but it was prepared the same way. It's really disappointing.
