Bidrage med feedbackI tend not to leave a negative review. But, it's frustrating when my order is wrong, or if there's something missing. Rather than being late to work, I chose not to make a big deal out of it. It takes a few seconds to make sure that you have someone's complete order prior to handing it to them.
I order ahead on the app everyday, and still have to wait 10+ minutes for my order to be made, there seems to be little communication between whos making drinks and food and sometimes the food will be ready but it's in the back and it just sits there until I ask for it, you can see the tickets coming in and just printing onto the table, no organization, the other location on Robinson is better
Dunkin just seems to get worse and worse. The quality of the food and the drinks they prepare has taken a nosedive and at the same time they have increased their prices on everything across the board. And then on top of that they get your order wrong or miss items most of the time.
Filthy counters, floor and bathroom. I asked for toilet paper. Placed my order. Waited for over 10 minutes for plain coffee. Asked for toilet paper again. Just a minute . . Waited until husband finished his coffee and asked again for toilet paper. Was told it would be a little bit because they were busy. I ended up using paper towels like everyone else had. NASTY.
This is the perfect little location right off the highway. It's a new location but the people are very friendly. They offer drive-thru and inside service.
