Chimera Coffee - Newburg Corners

I walked in barely awake and i’m not sure if i could have said more than “coffee and breakfast”— the owner kindly helped me order and hooked me up with the most delicious latte and a breakfast sandwich on a homemade biscuit. I don’t remember eating or drinking in my half-asleep state, Im pretty sure I inhaled it all. But I left feeling like a new person. best service, best coffee, best baked goods, can’t recommend Chimera enough!!

Pretty pricey for ultimately fairly bland coffee. We got a few different flavors and they kind of all just taste the same. Didn't try any food.

Everything was great and the employees were wonderful. Will go back.

Just in town for quick business trip. Excellent coffee and a cool, relaxed vibe. Will definitely return.
