Bidrage med feedbackThe skin on the Bone in Wings was leathery. At a place that specializes in wings this was extremely disappointing. I should have had the cheeseburger again.
God, this place blows. Order by 1pm and your order should be ready by 7:30. Even then, maybe not.
The only thing saving this review from one star was our sever who was clearly stressed and overwhelmed the whole time, we felt bad for her. Sat at 445. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come over. Waited another 15 minutes for my drink to come, when a rude lady with 2 toned hair asked if it was my drink. I said yes I ordered it 15 min ago. She said our computers are down. No apologies, nothing. Just rude and unneeded sass. Ok sweetheart. Then we order. Keep in mind it's not busy at all. Waited another 15 for our drinks. Server said computers were down, not really our problem, but again, ok. Didn't get our food until 645. Get our bill, nothing comped, no manager stopped by to apologize, nothing at all. Our server was nice and I get things happen, but her management team should have made rounds to help because looking around many tables were frustrated. Food was ok once it arrived. Probably won't be back.
Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. Service was absolutely terrible. 20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order. Long wait for food. Took forever to get drink refills. Waited 30 mins for the waitress to collect payment after getting the check. My daughter had a huge hair in her burger. Her boyfriend had the Buffalo chicken wrap, there was no Buffalo sauce on the wrap. I had street tacos. Very salty and gross. Will never go back. They took both my daughter and her boyfriend’s meal off the bill and still cost $63. Ridiculous
I visit many BWW across the Northeast and this was absolutely the most disappointing. Wait time for a table was 45 minutes for 4 people. 75% of the tables were open. There were a total of 9 tables occupied in addition to the bar. Many employees wandering around and conversing at a table like they were all on break . I have to presume there was not a manager on duty. If there was one.....Yikes! Employees ignored many people waiting. It was very obvious patrons were waiting and then leaving because of the ridiculous wait while it was obvious there was plenty of staff working.
