Having only 2 servers for 24 people on a Monday evening proved to be difficult. The food was mediocre at best, but the real problem was the exorbitant prices. Charging 24 euros for a duck main dish, 15 euros for a side of spices, and 7 euros for a small bottle of beer is too steep for a restaurant located in Newbridge as opposed to Dublin city center. If the intention is to attract customers and keep them coming back, pricing is key, and with such high prices, it just doesn't seem worth it.
