Panda Inn - Newbridge

This take away is in my opinion one of the better ones in Newbridge town, if you like your food to be served well, hot and free from all of the fats and grease associated with take aways you will not be dissapointed.

Really disappointed with the customer service I received today. They got our order wrong and when I rang to ask for our missing food, she was very rude, didn't apologise and hung up on me. As a loyal customer, I'm very disappointed and will not be eating here again and would not recommend.

Ordered a takeaway here today. When we got home we were missing a main course. When we rang to query this and stated we would drive down to get it, the lady was extremely rude, didn’t apologise and hung up on me! Very disappointed because I’m a loyal customer but will not be returning.

This is the only Chinese takeaway I order from . The food is always great . Tonight I made an order on there app . About an hour later I was still waiting for my delivery . When i rang they told me they hadn’t received my order . I told him my card had been charged but he said again they hadn’t received it . He took the reference number I got from the app and said I would have my food in 10 to 15 mins. Well 30 mins later I rang to say I still hadn’t received my order . I explained I was now waiting over 1 hour and a half for my order . And he had told me I would have it with 10 to 15 mins .when I got angry he Told me it’s wasn't his fault they didn’t receive my order and he also said how long to you think it takes to cook food when I complained about him lying to me about my order being with me in 15 mins . He was very rude and arrogant . His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired . And there certainly was no apology.

I order regularly from the panda inn and it is without doubt the best Chinese restaurant in newbridge..The food is always fresh and tasty and the portions are very big! Do not hesitate to try this place you won’t be disappointed!
