Food was excellent and still hot because I do know I live at least 3 miles 4 miles away from it but it did arrive nice and hot

My order was missing 1 entree and 1 app. Whatever food they did remember to give me from my order was good. After this experience, I'm lacking the confidence to order from them again.

A little disappointed, we recently traveled to Puerto Rico and had such an amazing experience that we wanted to have Puerto Rican food here in Jersey and it wasn’t worth the 27 min ride . I went based on the reviews and the photos of the place , the restaurant decor is nice and welcoming , the staff on the other hand lacked hospitality and the service was extremely slow which would’ve been ok if at least someone checked on us like you go to a restaurant and the waitress usually checks on you to see if you need anything well this wasnt the case . They forgot we had asked for 2 more drinks but we decided to just pay and leave . My plate the pernil had some parts juicy and some dry but it was still good and the rice and beans were ok too but nothing special , my husband’s plate though he didn’t enjoy at all , his mofongo was dry and barely any pieces of chicken and shrimp plus it was bland . We had waited for a while for the food that my husband just decided to finish it because he was hungry but sadly wont be returning
