The restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere, excellent seasoning, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it! The prices are also very reasonable for the generous portions you receive.

I personally had a great experience at the restaurant with excellent service and attentive staff. I highly recommend it, and the food was seasoned exceptionally well.

All day, I was excited about enjoying that dish. However, when I was on my way to pick it up, I received a call informing me that they were sold out and no longer had it! I was shocked! The staff member told me that since I placed the order for later in the day, they had sold out. Let me tell you, I used to work at Valenca restaurant, so I know how these things should work: you place an order, and it goes to the kitchen to be set aside. Don't give me that excuse if you didn’t do your job properly! It’s unbelievable to experience such poor customer service, and I will make sure to share my disappointment with others. I’ve never encountered this type of issue at Valenca, which clearly shows they care about their customers. If your own app isn’t functioning properly, that’s an issue for you to resolve, not the customer's fault. It’s very upsetting.

Service was excellent. BYOB always a plus for us. My fusilli with shrimp, scallop and fish was good. I do make my own pasta at home and I could tell right off the bat that this pasta was not made fresh at the restaurant as indicated on the menu. That aside, the seafood was very good and fresh and my husband's pappardelle bolognese was ok for him. Nice breadbasket and appreciative that it was offered since so many restaurants have eliminated that amenity.
