Blueprint Cafe Lounge - Newark

I've been wanting to visit this Restaurant for a while . It has a great ambience and very relaxing . It is byob , we did not know , but there is a liquor store about a 5 minute walk up the road (1 minute drive) . The parking lot was full due to a party but I easily found parking around the corner . We ordered a ginger and pineapple drink which was delicious . The omelette was as expected , nothing special . The star of the show was the stuffed French toast, amazing and filling . It's on the sweet side but I love sweet foods. I ate it the next day as I couldn't finish it and still loved it ! Would go again .

Absolutely delicious Vegan food! We were heading to the airport to catch our flight home and found this place on Google. Super cute decor, great chill spot, but the food... Omg! They have loads of vegan options! We had the Chick'n Waffle, Vegan Burger w. Sweet potato fries and a Moroccan Mint tea! Super delicious and tasty! This will definitely be our go to when we come back to NJ to visit!

Was looking for a place for good Eats while in town on vacation and was suggested Blue Print Cafe. Extremely elated I came as it lived up to my expectations. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was very tasty and messy just the way I like it. The Mrs had an omelet filed with sausage, fire roasted veggies and melty goodness. Took a few pastries back to the room to enjoy and they were definitely good to the last crumb. The entire time I'm grubbing on the sweets it didn't even hit me that I was eating vegan pastries Mmmmmmm Great Outdoor Seating!

I love Google reviews for helping me find gems like this place. Delicious breakfast and lattes. The sausage egg sandwich should really be called the sausage hamburger with egg! It is huge. The huevos rancheros was huge and tasty. More beans and less cheese would be good but was delicious. The pancakes were the best I have had in a while. Super fluffy. We are stuffed. Great job, keep it up.

They're vegan burger is everything. I ordered the blueprint vegan burger and it smelled and taste just like a regular burger. They really know what they're doing here. The price is decent. The food is everything!
