Bidrage med feedbackTerrible service none of the staff had a clue what they were doing, massive queue for drive thru and massive queue inside waited 20 mins I asked for a refund and I know there was more after me asking for there money back, this was 10:30pm , the staff need proper training instead of wondering around and scratching there heads. Very poor .
Very simple took an incredibly 30 minutes to be prepared. When arrived at collect point bear in mind that I have ordered to eat it"paying VAT"the supervisor had a disgusting attitude telling me to wait as they were cooking the an apple pie. Once my order arrived the table,arrived luke warm, milkshake hot. such a shame spending nearly £40 for a poor service.
This is a shockingly bad McDonald there is no consistency you get a meal one day and it's ok the next day the fries taste off and the mcflurrys are half empty, if I wanted a small one id have paid for a small one. There seems to be no customer barrier at all there is a very distinct not my problem feel too the place. The mcflurrys we had could have been eaten by dairy intolerant people because there wasn't any ice-cream in it, just a bit in the bottom and that's it, this place really needs to change. We got apple pies the other day that were 7 hours past the dispose of time. 7 HOURS!
It was awful. Went to stop at McDonald’s for a meal and made to wait 45 min for small meal which was cold, the worker then told us that it was our fault because we weren’t there to talk to them.
I feel I need to share with you the awful experience that I have received yesterday (30.12.2022) at my local McDonald's in Newark Nottinghamshire. I've proceded through the the drive through and ordered 2 large 1/4 pounder with cheese meals and 9 x nuggets with bbq sauce, I paid at the next window as per normal and asked for 1 curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce, only to be told that you are now charging for sauces, I explained that I had no cash and that I didn't want the meal without the sauce, I asked for the manager so I could explain the situation, the young lady told me the same thing, I asked to return my food to which she abliged but gave me cash instead of refunding my card. I then proceed to cross over the road and spend my money with KFC who was more than accommodating. I use the McDonald's restaurant several times a week and feel that you charging for condiments is a backwards step, I will never grace McDonald's with my presence again while they are charging for condiments that should be part of the meal, you go to any other restaurant and condiments are supplied. I know I'm only a small customer and my complaint will not be taken seriously but I still feel I need to share this experience. I would assume that the order that was taken back would of been disposed of which in my opinion is a bad business decision, £17.00 worth of food was taken back, destroyed for the sake of 20p worth of sauce. Poor show McDonald's
