Tucker's Onion Burgers - Newalla

I've been to tuckers multiple times. I want to love this place but the price and the inconsistency have brought it down for me. Burgers are insanely greasy and I typically enjoy a greasy burger. Onions, pickles and tomatoes have been bad cuts, full of ends and inedible bits like stems and skins which can ruin the experience the last two times I've been. Service has never been terrific. The staff is always young and you can tell they can't even fake wanting to be there. Many times understaffed. One of the bright shining light of Tuckers is the milk shakes! The shakes and the fries are terrific and this is why they retain a 4 star from me. Feeding three people with burgers, fries, and 2 shakes was a little over 60 bucks after tip. Not economical for these style of burgers by any stretch. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Several burger styles including impossible burger. Dietary restrictions: Could be keto friendly if ordered correctly. Kid-friendliness: It's a casual diner booth style lobby.

Meh, just wasn 't impressed by this hamburger. Would have much rather had a Whataburger or a Five Guys. This just didn 't have a hamburger taste. It 's hard to put my finger on, it just didn 't. Maybe it was lack of seasonings or any other flavor. Especially disappointing because it was $33 for 2 singles with cheese, fries, and drinks. And I was put off by the tip screen on online ordering and picking up myself.

Food is not consistent at all. One day it’ll be great. The next day I’ll get a burger with no onions and yet it seems like they removed the onions off the meat right before putting it on the bun. Or it could be the grill is never cleaned and the onions linger. The quality of the fried have also gone down tremendously over the years too. Once a cornerstone in okc downgraded to gambling on what kinda food you’ll get

Absolutely delicious onion burger..fries are phenomenal also... will definitely be eating there again...

Nice people doing nice things for people who love great onion burgers! French fries are the bomb- perfect please don’t change these!
