Bidrage med feedbackThis place has the worst record with me personally in making sure the order is complete and accurate before sending it out the drive through. Food is great but if you don’t check your order before you pull away, you get to come back or do without. I do half the work of getting the order correct by ordering it on the app and it is still a 75% failure rate. This time the manager on duty was absolutely horrible at resolving the problem even after going over it in detail with her.
I ordered my food through the Taco Bell app. At 10p this store was closing, turned off all of the lights. Taco bell does not close until 12a. I went to the drive thru, the guy was very rude saying they are closed. I told him I ordered through the app and I need my food or my money back.He told me to drive back to the drive thru at which point he told me to come to the window after I did what he asked. He told me he was the manager but he really was not.Another guy came to the window, at this point I am very upset because first, why are they closing at 10 and why are both of the guys rude switching around like girls. After I became very upset, the one guy states he was going to call the police after I told him he was acting like a girl or a he or a she I didn't even know.I will report this to your corporate offe AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK SINCE I DIDNT GET MY FOOD.
This place sucks can 't get anything right! Including the names on the screen like adam
The young lady who took our order and gave us our food at the window was very sweet. The food was what you expect from Taco Bell. But the employees seemed happy. It made for a lovely Taco Bell time.
This location doesn’t always suck, but like 3/10 times the food is inedible or the order is totally wrong. Tonight the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy, order was wrong, and out of items. The workers are nice, but it’s just a waste of money to gamble with your food quality. It’s so yummy when they get it right ?
