Mcalister's Deli - Newalla

This is the 2nd week that I have been unable to get a curbside delivery.Everything is fine until it reaches the final payment section. Then it just sets there spinning in circles never completes the transaction.THEN when I called in they couldn't do a curbside order over the phone, I've had to do a phone in pickup order.That wouldn't be so bad if I was young spry. However, I am 77 years old and have mobility problems. I can do it but it isn't easy. If I didn't like your food so well, I wouldn't even bother.If I'm home I can just order through a delivery service,but when I have to be out, for say Dr's appointments,Last weekstopping by for curbside delivery is, usually, so easy.Last week the person that answered the phone was aware of the problem. However, they evidently didn't pass the information on, because the person that answered the phone apparently the manager were not aware of any problems.

I always loved McAlisters Deli, but this experience was horrible. I went in ordered my boyfriend and I our food and I got home and got half my order and someone else’s order! I called the restaurant and told them they messed up the manager was happy to replace it and give me a dessert on the house for my trouble, but when I got there the cashier/clerk was so rude! Then I get home the meat is so hard I can’t even chew it. The bread was so soggy it’s like they soaked it in sauce or something.I give up! I’m gonna stop going to the southside OKC store location this isn’t the first time they messed. I might have to drive a little bit further but this is ridiculous!

Very poor customer service. I ordered curb side and checked in when I arrived. I waited for the time frame the app gave me, plus an extra 10 minutes. I called to let them know I had been waiting and she came out with order however, she had an attitude. My order was also wrong. I received a completely different sandwich from what I ordered. Very disappointed with the service and quality seeing how expensive this place is.

This location is horrible. Store is not clean, bathroom is nasty. The girl who took my order and made my drinks , had on fake nails at least 3 inches long, GROSS!!!! STAFF acted like they hate their jobs.Price is too expensive for sandwich, won't go
