Wendy's - New York

The service was fast. my burger wasn't really hot. more like cold bungalow and cheese with a warm patty. the place was a little dirty with a broken drink machine. about the typical city wendys experience with faster service than expected.

Dirty tables..all of them. and all mud cans were flooded. bathroom in the 2nd floor was out of order. homeless people in the interior and outside the facility. the food was good. I only had to wait long because there were many people. Food: 5/5

Delivered the wrong (cheaper of course) burger. When I queried this they insisted it was correct. THe basic hamburger (no bacon no cheese) was poor.

Ordering kiosk should speed up the process but waiting over 15 minutes for my food was a bit much. Asked for one sauce or ketchup for my fries and was told 25¢. Unbelievable to not at least offer one. Walked away annoyed and went upstairs to eat, dirty tables everywhere as if no one comes up to clean up. Sat down at the cleanest and then noticed they didn't even bother to give tissues or a straw. This place is just beyond bad. Did was decent but I expect more then just decent food for a $13 lunch.Wheelchair accessibility: None

I was Wendy's at morning get a comb 1 come with French fries and ask for ketchup and they tell me no ketchup in store I never get no more Wendy's for any meal and chicken was sweet never have sweet chicken burger
