Teazzi Tea Shop - New York

Wow! I've tried countless bubble tea places in NYC, Asia, and beyond, but Teazzis Militia in NYC comes closest to what I've experienced in Taiwan. They custom-tailor the sweetness and ice levels, and I usually opt for 70% sweetness with less ice. The classic milk tea has a robust black tea flavor, and the tapioca is perfectly chewy without being overly sweet. If you’re a fan of overly sugary American bubble tea, you may not enjoy this spot, but it’s perfect if you're looking for authentic Asian milk tea!

Absolutely amazing place! tee for every taste! dark red black tee is rich in taste! fruit tea is very refreshing. customer service is professional. they answered all 100 asking that my man has put them. we bought deep roasted green tea in loose leaf! they need to open more brooklyn stalls.

Tip: definitely get less sugar (I got 30% and felt like it was still a bit too sweet). There's barely any seating in this area, but very friendly staff! I got recommended one of the milk teas and it was very rich in its tea flavor. The drink came out pretty fast. However, the tapioca bubbles were pretty flavorless and a bit hard. It may be because I came closer to closing time, so I'll have to give it another chance next time!

Came here on a whim and got a jasmine milk tea with boba. It wasn't too bad! I got it around 70% sweet which was perfect for me. It was a little watery which diluted the tea flavor.

I was recommended by a friend to try this boba shop because of their unique ingredients. It was quite different from all the boba shops that we have here in LA but overall still enjoyed the drink I tried. What seemed suspicious to me was the Oats Latte but it turned out to be a very good drink. By the time I took my Uber back to my hotel, I wanted to go back and get another one or two for my flight for the very next day. I'll definitely come back and get more next time I'm visiting.
