Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely love these dieucks and all baristas in it from morning to evening, you are the reason why I have a great day every day. you have a lot of karens this complaint about the service, but you have never really experienced a diet of your not waiting 5-7 minutes for something. my absolute favorite is shady, the most tomorrow there it is an absolute joy. you smile makes it for me most days and when she is in the bar?! the best hands down hassle!
The only reason I'm ordering at this place because it's over the road from where I work. every time I order for pickup, it is wrong and/or either takes too long. I command while I'm still in Brooklyn and when I arrive, my drinks are never ready. this location will wait them 30 minutes when they order everything that is to mix, simply because they prioritize the hot drinks, so they feel invalid as a customer. not to mention, they wait 20 minutes and they still get their order wrong. I begged as if I stepped and they poured everything into the drink that I can't enjoy it. I go out of the way and order from the location in the state street instead of here. at least I feel like my money is important when I spend $15/day.
Slovest dieucks south of the brooklyn bridge. expect long waiting times, even if they order from the app, they always miss the estimated waiting times. also the same drink from others (faster) dieucks tastes much better. food: 3/5
I usually don’t take the time to leave negative reviews, but I go out of my way to avoid this place! Each time I enter, it feels like I'm inconveniencing the morning staff just by ordering a drink. The barista at the morning shift (a young African American woman) always has an attitude. She consistently makes my drink incorrectly. I ordered an iced chai, and the last ingredient she added was not what is typically used—I know the difference. The overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. When I ordered a butter croissant, I had to wait several minutes while the baristas chatted, despite there being only two customers, including myself. I’ve never felt so judged, and I regret spending my money here. They really need some sensitivity training and to improve how they treat people from different backgrounds. I'm extremely disappointed, and it truly ruined my day. Next time, I will be sure to share my experience on all my social media to highlight how customers are treated by their staff!
Even if you purchase a coffee, they won't allow you to use the restroom, which is incredibly frustrating.
