Ristorante Morini - New York

The restaurant is permanently closed! How can someone make a reservation for a restaurant that no longer operates?

Morini used to be consistently excellent, but on my visit in late August 2016, it was just average. The menu had limited options, with many dishes no longer available and only a few dessert choices left. The sparkling water had no bubbles and the service was subpar. It seemed like the server was looking for a confrontation.

The restaurant's lease was unfortunately lost at a very inconvenient time. The appetizers arrived shortly before the wine. The dessert listed on the menu included ice, but was served without any explanation. It was puzzling how they were experiencing refrigerator problems.

We in the neighborhood are VERY sorry to see this place close!

Apparently the restaurant is closing. They served food in that manner
