Bidrage med feedbackThe Butter Chicken tasted like chicken in tomato soup, with a layer of oil/fat on top. The lamb in the Lamb Biryani was flavorful, but the biryani itself was disappointing. The Garlic Naan was delicious!
Pippali's Palak Paneer is one of the standout dishes in Indian cuisine. Many places in NYC struggle to get it right, but this dish nails the delicate balance of spinach, fat, and cream. Unlike GupShup, which charges $12 for a side of rice and serves warmed up food, Pippali includes rice with their fresh Palak Paneer. Naan is optional for those who like to dip.
I absolutely love the authentic Lamb Biryani at this restaurant.
Average Indian food. the service was missing. several servers did not ask for drinks, dessert, they had to go down. Eating is too much oil drained. children liked the Malai chicken, bhindi was bad, wiper kadhai was ok, butter huh was average. try them if they can search for Indians and find nothing else.
Love eating, always ordering, but it is such a sweet little restaurant and eating is always amazing.
