Pho Vietnamese Sandwich Shop - New York

The Bun bo hue at this restaurant is amazing, as well as the classic banh mi. The portions are huge with plenty of meat. The service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place!

The Vietnamese cuisine at this restaurant is amazing. I highly recommend the chicken pho for those who enjoy chicken dishes. I gave it 4 stars because of the customer service. When I arrived, I waited at the entrance for a minute before anyone noticed me (the waitresses were chatting amongst themselves, even though the restaurant wasn't busy).

The pho at this restaurant is satisfactory, but I would not recommend the summer rolls. They were poorly rolled, filled mostly with noodles and lacking herbs. The lemongrass chicken dish tasted more like Chinese sweet and sour chicken. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I suggest trying a different restaurant as this one may not meet your expectations.

Food has a good flavor and portions are good. Prices are reasonable as well for the portion you're getting. They also offer a few Viet drinks. My reason for 4 star rating is due to the service. The place only had about 10 people total and that included us a party of 3. So we felt they could have been more attentive. No one came by to ask if we needed anything more the whole time we were there. Plus we ordered some summer shrimp rolls for appetizers and the waitress forgot

The food here is great but the wait time can end up being an hour during peak times. Usually I order from doordash and the drivers end up waiting for an additional 20-30 minutes. I tip them extra just because they have to wait so much longer.
