The service at this restaurant was exceptional, with attentive and courteous staff. However, the food was inconsistent, with some dishes coming out cold and others perfectly cooked. I had made two reservations and requested to be seated close together. Despite speaking with someone two evenings prior and being told that a note was made on the reservations, the hostess was dismissive and claimed there was no such note. This made me feel as though I had done something wrong, instead of the mistake being on their end and them trying to accommodate my request.
