One of the best burgers I've ever tried! The meat quality is outstanding, sourced from a knowledgeable whole animal butcher located in the same market. I also loved their fries, which are hand-cut and have the perfect amount of crispiness. Highly recommended!

The staff member (the guy with the tattoo and the beaver tattoo) was not very friendly when we placed our order. It felt like we were interrupting his work because we wanted to buy a burger. However, the burger itself was fresh, and the patty was cooked perfectly—I loved the smoky flavor of the bark. The little double burger didn't have any wobble, the pickles were just right, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I will definitely come back for another burger. I just hope that next time the staff will be friendlier.

I visited this restaurant while checking out the Market Line and I’ll definitely return. The person grilling was really friendly and the food was fantastic. I tried the Mighty Dog, which is a hot dog made from a mix of beef and pork, and it can be prepared in three ways: raw, caramelized, or frizzled, topped with their Mighty Sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. It was incredibly juicy with just the right amount of salt, and the flavor was outstanding, all served in the softest rolls.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the burger is delicious! I didn't try the hot dog, but I wish I had. Definitely go for the Cheeseburger combo!
