The food is not worth the price. The atmosphere and customer service is great.
I had brunch at this restaurant. To be honest, there are better options out there. The Berry French Toast consisted of two thick slices of lukewarm fried bread with some drizzled jam on top. The coffee tasted watered down and the bacon did not seem freshly cooked. The orange juice was just average. I believe any IHOP would have been a better choice. On the bright side, the terrace was not crowded or loud.
I would like to start by emphasizing the very good quality of the food and drinks served at this restaurant. However, my experience was severely tarnished by an unfortunate incident involving the restaurant manager, a lady in her fifties with black and gray hair tied back. When another customer took my table, I politely informed the manager that I had been seated first and that such incidents should not occur in an establishment of this caliber. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she overreacted, hurling insults and threats at me as I was preparing to leave the restaurant. I made it clear that her behavior was inappropriate and expressed my intention to report the incident to the management. When I attempted to obtain her name, which she refused to provide, I took a photo of her for to communicate it to her director. Following this, she became even more aggressive, insulting me further, harassing me, and following me to the elevator. She even falsely claimed that I had physically assaulted her and called the hotel’s security to apprehend me. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the rest of the establishment's staff, particularly the front desk manager on duty at that time, who demonstrated great professionalism by recognizing that the manager was not acting rationally and asking her to leave. I am extremely disappointed by this incident and sincerely hope that this is not indicative of how she typically interacts with customers, as it would be a shame for such a beautiful establishment to be associated with such a rude person.
