East Village Burrito And Esquina

It was a fun time. My friend and I met and stayed for a few hours. Our server was super attentive with everything and often filled with water. Chips and salsa are very good, the enchiladas are also quite good, margaritas are not very strong, but delicious. We were never rushed and felt very welcome. Very nice

Had a large group on Sunday for brunch and it seemed there was only one persons working (taking table orders, making drinks at the bar and bussing table). Took for ever to get our drinks and even more so for the food. Having said that the food was great and I have no complaints there but it seemed like it was amateur hour on the service side. Would I go back and give it another chance... Maybe. Would I recommend to a friend, not a chance.

The food and drinks were good (albeit the odd addition of Italian dishes on the menu). The waiter struggled to understand our order (seemingly a communication/language issue), which made the experience a little rough. Otherwise, this place does the trick for good Mexican before a night out.

Our server was super nice and went out of his way to make it a great experience. Food was very good/ would def go again

Very strange experience - we had a reservation for Cinco de Mayo. After walking through the kitchen, they seated us in the Indian restaurant next door. Once we were seated, they started serving several other groups while completely ignoring us for half an hour. We didn't even receive a drink menu. Despite seeing other tables being served, they wouldn't take our drink order at all. After waiting 40 minutes with no attention, we had no choice but to leave.
