Love dunkin coffee....just wish my order was always correct. Also get sugar free pumpkin flavor

The BEST Dunkin? out there! I LOVE Dunkin?s coffee, but at this point I go to Dunkin? for the people. They have got to be the most kind, sweet and thoughtful group! I start just about every morning there and I always leave with a smile on my face and the best iced latte.

The manager is impressive. my ticket said his name was tariq, but he would have been logged in to the register among others. He helped me with a catering order waiting for me when I came there this morning. when I stood in the line, I heard his interactions with his customers and he literally vowed something about everyone; sandwich no cheese, mandelmilch correct?, they don't come on Thursday morning was a talk with another hospitable. how really impressive hospitality. I'm in biz, so he thought he deserved a scream. very efficient, very friendly. dunkin takes with, how these are hard to find.

I placed an order through the Dunkin app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the staff looked at me blankly as if they had no idea what I was talking about. The food I ordered was COLD, and I had only been gone for 10 minutes since placing the order. They hadn’t even prepared my drink. One of the workers, with a bit of an attitude, told me they were out of matcha, despite the app indicating it was available. When I requested a refund, she told me to call the customer service number but didn’t know what it was. I asked if I could get a substitute, maybe some tea, and she offered me iced coffee instead. I explained that I don’t drink coffee. It was too early to start an argument with her, so I reluctantly accepted the iced coffee. What a hassle!

This place is hit or miss when it's open on time. RARELY are they open at 6 am. It's 630 and the place is still dark. I purchased a hot pumpkin macchiato way around 7 am and i walked out. About 2 blocks down I tasted it and it was cold. The employee did not heat the milk up enough. Why would you turn the machine off, is not like you are there on a stove. She literally turned the machine off before it was able to hear the milk. That's absurd.
