Dunkin' - New York

A friend of mine and I went inside of this store yesterday to see about the Funko Pop promotion and the workers inside of the store had no idea what we were talking about. They were rude and treated us quite harshly to the point that we were rebuffed. Ido not recommend this particular Dunkin in East Harlem. I would recommend that the franchisee retrain or hire workers who arecompetent in English, understand the neighborhood that they work in, and take a lesson in how business works.

My suggestion is that you do not use a coupon. I had a coupon for a free donut. It required me to make a purchase which I did. The store gave such a hard time. The donut is less than $2. They did not honor the coupon and scanned it multiple times whichprevented me from using it. I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars.

Everyone working at this location on Saturday morning 8/27/22 deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for dealing with the rudest meanest stupidest customers. I could never have this patience. Great polite and quick service. ????????????????????

Got an ice cream cone @4:35$.. prices have surely gone up, Since back in the day!! ????????
