Dolcino Trattoria Toscana - New York

Despite receiving a reservation conformation from Open Table the restaurant was closed when we arrived at the appointed time and date. We usually love this place but there wasn't even a closed note on the door. Please let me know what was the problem.

Eat there regularly for a reason and have for years. Good value, good food, good service.

The absolute most deplorable management I’ve ever seen. My review is on yelp. The owner/ manager accused me outright of starting a fight with a party when I was there previously. It was not me. He insisted. I left immediately. The food is mediocre at best, ambience nill and management atrocious. Went for convenience to movie theatre and always could get in. Now I know why despicable. Worst experience I ever had !!
